The problem with this PR reiteration is that it shows that Perlowin's really got nothing going other than pumping HEMP and the "Constellation".

I could understand putting out a PR if there was actual news, but this one doesn't.

The June 12 Kenaf PR talks about a potential $200K sale of Kenaf, and today's PR uses the same sentence, which means that nearly one month later, the sale hasn't occurred.
