Visited www.edgar-online.com and searched up $NYBD and it looks like they filed a PRE 14C but it will not let you look at it unless you sign up for Edgar Pro subscription ($1,499/yr). So you can't actually read the filing only shows that they did file. Someone want to sign up so we can all see this. ;)
