I notice there's now not a single negative expressed here!! I've had faith in the denial happening for a long time now. I was just waiting patiently for the official word. This is VERY exciting news, though not a surprise at all, except for getting the news this early. Expected it late Nov/early Dec.

I guess the next step is to see if Apple and the others are willing to admit defeat. Something tells me they still may be arrogant enough to force a trial, knowing our financial situation. I suppose lawyers could continue on contingency, but I'd rather see us bought out by a more capable and threatening company who could take all the Giants head on.
