I'll be honest... everything I have read about this company, has been horrific to assume as truth for any business to practice. This company in every way shape and form appears to be a ticker based bottomless pit / pyramid scheme and nothing more.
What kind of Shipping company purchases a coal mine and also changes their infrastructure in a way as to allow the operation and transport of such a resource - and how exactly could this same company afford it when they have an apparent lack of access to capital?
Also, who would sell a coal mine if the industry was truly booming? How can we verify it was a transaction that even occurred?
Why would a company based in greece, purchase a mine in Kentucky USA of all places?
I have a list of many more questions without answer.
None of the news I have read in the last month appears to have any substance whatsoever.
Also, every charted point I have lain thus far has been broken and forgotten - thankfully preventing me from purchasing any abundance of shares in it at any point of significant value.
Nevertheless today, against my better judgment, I purchased a pitence; a mere 50 shares at roughly $0.1810. I am not sure why I did beyond having a fixation that had to be appeased and a few acuaintences who happened to trade this ticker.
Now, I am of the opinion it should go up to the 2 year high; woot Vegas here I come! ;-)
But seriously. .. I am highly concerned for anyone in this and hope that my opinion is incorrect.
