You have a good point about the timeframe getting closer to September. It would be great for the company to issue something further restricting Chris's shares until the end of the year. You would think that he would want the company to be in full operational mode before selling any shares.
There should also be restrictions on how many he can sell and a timeframe, etc....
I too am a huge fan of this stock and like you worry about 9-12-14 as well when those shares become unrestricted. I would hope if he plans on selling some of them shares after the 9-12-14 date he would want to do so at a much higher pps. In other words we should be climbing upwards prior to that date with some good prs. All us longs can do is sit here and wait to see what happens between now and then. We will have 2nd Q's prior to that date hopefully showing profit.
Not to add another email to Chris' inbox... But have you ever shot an email to Chris around your concerns? my communication is dead with Chris now since our misunderstanding... Otherwise I would email him myself.
