Personally, I think this is just another bill to keep people distracted while the courts decide our fates. With that being said, I've been anticipating this news for a couple of months and it makes sense that the reason it's been on a 3-4 week down trend is so big players could load the boat before this news came out.

I think this news should be the catalyst we need for another run but with the way the MM's have been manipulating the PPS, it's hard to say what the run will look like.
