you think maybe APT and Monster Moto will settle in a form of a licensing agreement? at this point, the case seems very strong for APT, it would seem wise for Monster Moto to license the patents from APT, I've seen a lot of these intellectual property infringement cases settle in this manner.

Good fine bullethole27, it is also interesting to note , Even the way they use the same or very similar Product Big Box's, colors etc, it seems that this Motster Moto copied APT/Motovox's Colors & similar Lo-Go to try and trick people into thinking this is a APT Product, when as we all know it is NOT. How Low can this Monster Moto go to trick the Public into thinking it is a APT/Motovox cycle. ??? IMO


(1) Look at the monster moto Big Box Products, it seems to use the same colors as APT on their Big Box Products.

(2)now LOOK at our APT/Motovox Warehouse Boxed Products, they sure look like Motster Moto copied from us APT. IMO

I bet a Jury will also see what I see, they Monster Moto deliberately, copied APT from Product to even the BOX they ship it in. IMO
