I can't speak for them but I think they're raking in the bucks with the new policy trumping NV so I think their wounded pride will be OK.

If I'm not mistaken -- and I may be on this score, I researched this myself recently WRT forming an LLC but can't remember off top of my head -- their fees to form a corp. are higher and generate a lot of revenue.

There was a 3rd state that kept coming up which was even "weirder," I think it was Idaho/ ID: my apologies in advance to that great state!
