yes I agree a smooth and steady climb, and in penny land no one wants that. But in real business it does take that time. what will move it up is the next steps being complete and then the path of higher PPS will follow. I also agree that .0049 is more than reasonable for this stock. I am not one to say most are manipulated as that is past of the game somewhat but when you have the history here and the fact here are many that would like to never see QASP for whatever reason succeed, they will resort to losing a few buck on occasion to keep it down. and if one looks at some of the sells in the past that is confirmed. IMO
