MJ is moving ahead, read the July 2 Update. Our first film, Malacrianza, has just about completed the post production phase and lab work. Read July 1 Update for exciting film fest details. Oil & Gas is moving forward nicely. We are at Calgary Stampede for meetings with oil producers. Important progress has occurred on other deals we haven't mentioned. We expect strong market activity based on these projects soon. Deal flow has been exceptionally strong and we are working on multiple opportunites.
July 2, 2014 --MJ Update. We have an excellent opportunity with a licensed medical grower that wishes to go public. We will essentially be doing an IPO for them in the form of a spin-off. This will occur over the next 90- 120 days, the period our lawyer estimates will be needed for regulatory compliance. We'll do a formal news release once the paperwork is in order, likely late next week.It will include a stock dividend to all holders of USTC.
1.) when the price and Moving Averages are trending sideways, 2.) when the Blue 8-day M.A. is under the Red 34-day M.A., 3.) when the "price" is under the "8-day Moving Average". 4.) when the price is under a "Key support" level.
