The exploding price appreciation on Electric Car Company, Inc. (OTC:ELCR, ELCR message board) stock has been further pushed by a newsletter touting, but the recently increased number of authorized shares is raising concern.
In just two day, the price witnessed a 350% increase and huge capital flows hitting the stock with nearly 130 million shares traded daily. The move was soon picked up by financial newsletter providers, which are responsible for fueling the rally further.

The price has been hitting higher, as ELCR said in a press release they are now using state grant and cutting down expenses at the same time. The company expects to strengthen their business by hiring a team of efficiency experts. The company was selected to receive this grant from Department of Energy back in November 2009.
