I like the discount on ovrl and am not worried much about a buyout... I don't think management is looking to sell - certainly not sell for cheap... and as long as they would sell for a good price I am golden regardless, even if ovrl is left out of the deal and subsequently tanks... right now the discount and liquidity, for me, makes it an attractive way to grab a few more shares... spihf is so tightly held right now it is difficult to buy without driving the price higher...
I am limited to what I can say as a lot of my info comes from HTFBS and it would be unfair to paying subscribers to post any of that info. I do have my private email on my personal info under occupation where I can talk more about what I see for the company should you want to go that route. Not much, but better than nothing.
