Trading halts do occur but the SEC usually moves just a little slower than an amputated turtle.
APS made hundreds of millions on their schemes, and were not shut down. So I do not look for ORFG to be shut down, might be wrong, we may even see a spike, but I can not see any real reasons this is a long play.
I hope most can extricate with minimum exposure, and those that front loaded in the 003 range are still safe, if they are still here.
