Wow great DD. I'm loading more on top of my 20mil. My guess is that either a settlement is in the works or he owns a large percent of shares. Otherwise why do this?

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mike has extensive experience in employment and sports law. He has advised clients and litigated many cases involving non-competition covenants and trade secret issues. Mike also has handled grievance arbitrations, salary arbitrations and licensing and antitrust litigation for the NHL Players’ Association. His sports-related experience includes:
Obtaining one of the highest salary arbitration awards on record for the NHLPA.
Representing WGN in two antitrust trials against the NBA stemming from the NBA’s efforts to block WGN from telecasting Chicago Bulls games.
Winning an arbitration victory in a nationally publicized retaliatory discharge case involving the U.S. Women’s soccer team.
Mike has practiced and participated in trials in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, he has extensive experience in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and independent arbitrators, as well as administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
