Right, I check http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/liqd/sec-filings quite frequently.

In particular I'll be looking July 9/10 as that's within the 10 days when institution filings must be made (like Federated Investors back on 6/10). The heavy volume from 6/20-6/24 might've been another large position building.
