I knew they did a huge RS a while back and had Cornell Capital financing them which is a complete death spiral finance situation. It looks like management saving the company in general from those toxic circumstances was a pretty big accomplishment. I've seen now defunct Cornell Capital and other toxic financiers put most of their portfolio companies out of business. Financiers like those were best known for being a lender of last resorts and for victimizing small companies and their shareholders.

Knowing how bad they were and how they destroyed so many companies, someone at SilverSun deserves some real credit for this company even being around today, let alone the strong financial performance of the recent year or so. In fact, this is one of the only companies I know that survived the relationship, most are today out of business.

Again, I'm more interested in the present than the past, but do understand why you and others who lost money in the past would advocate cautious optimism.
