Yes same here it is a amazing how I got in because I always thought Fannie and Freddie was a monopoly as all retail banks sold off their loans to Fannie and Freddie. .. I had a friend of mine on ihub and saw he was posting on fnma board and saw the PPS. .. was less then $2 and I was thinking isn't this a multi Trillion dollar company?
All my real estate in NYC deals have to go through Fannie and Freddie guidelines for the buyer to receive a commitment letter for a loan...
Then I told my wife and saw Blue extensive DD and was amazed. ..
That when I was like this is a goldmine ... All companies that went through the conservativeship and paid back most of the bailout ended up going back up and Fannie and Freddie was the best of all of them...
Then when it went to over $5 I was amazed and had to get more of my fund cleared to invest and lucky took some time as it drop back into the $3 then $2 then $1 and went all in... Best decision ever!!!
Now just accumulating more and more as this is the safest stock I can see for the future. .. took my savings and added into my Fannie and Freddie as I have gained more money then ever...
