Basically, only 2 groups know 'the news' (OMEX and the Judge).
We can read the early Wed Volume as distracted folks looking forward to 4th Weekend personal activities, no investors are moving long or short, and no real new investor awareness interest as no PR driver.
Apparently, recovery is going slow, delicate task now?
It would take 2-6 hours for each down and up time to Explorer and unloading and checkout? I am guessing the robot arm fills a 'bucket' on cable and that goes up and down. Anyone have better grasp of that operation? Assume robotic arm is battery powered, has to come up and recharge?
If Explorer received solid hull ping profile of debris (after clearing the surface area around the hull), and the robot arm had magno-meter . . . we know whats therein. My bet is we are done before Mid August.
Unless OMEX is planning a short squeeze . . . I doubt we heard anything until next week or two? If OMEX returns to port . . . Monday or Tuesday would be good time for another 'recovery progress report'. Weather could allow crew to take a port call and be with families and friends for 4th.
OMEX may have to go to Court and ask for another PR privilege, to juice the stock. Cannot see why Judge would not allow that to happen . . . as OMEX creditors do like to be payed and be smiling. It is hardly in the Court's or OMEX favor . . . to see OMEX stock price fall.
This would tend to lower public demand for the stock, and cause present holders to become very unsure of OMEX company competence.
OMEX stock drifts below $1 and Mason wins . . . and OMEX gets egg-on-face. Which . . . transfers to Court, as they chose OMEX.
Remember one thing . . . weather sank the 1857 ship full of PMs and passengers . . . we do not want a second sinking.
Thus, come to port . . . unload . . . refresh . . . do a PR and Mason gets a head slap and intro to parking lot living?
