Last month a JV was announced with Ericsson for their estimated 1 billion subscribers of their smart network multi service proxy that allows operators meet priorities of data transmission explosion, differentiation, control and monetization. Sphere 3d enhances all of these priorities while dramatically lowering costs and I have seen estimates that revenue just for this application could result in over $1 billion of revenue to SPIHF as it is adapted system wide. I realize this projection sounds ridiculous however consider that number represents only $1 per subscriber annually and solves a very huge problem for MSP's. Meanwhile this target market is somewhat smaller than potential applications and use in the Cloud industry ($100 billion and growing fast). A key example was the recent 32,000 chromebook order from Dell that included Glassware support of seamless Microsoft windows functionality on a google device. Imagine when that catches on in the educational field where Google Chromebook is suddenly becoming the device of choice for schools. Sphere 3d has the potential of a rare legend stock over the next 2 or 3 years if they keep executing deals as fast as they have over the last six months. The JV with Dell Drive Plus and the JV with Novarad to incorporate Novaglass in their service are examples of rapid adoption of Glassware by major service providers. 35 million OS fully diluted and insiders own 65% of OS.

You also have to keep in mind that high value innovative companies in the Cloud Virtualization space can command billion dollar acquisition targets when they aren't even profitable.
