Indeed, they made some effort to become "OTC Pink Current Information" and it would be great to know more about their real intentions. Was it just a façade or are they really trying to build the company?

For the rest, uplisting to higher tiers within the OTC market doesn't require any S-1 filing if I'm not mistaken about it and uplisting to an exchange (the OTC market isn't considered an exchange, it seems) would require a PPS of at least $2 if I understand it right.
