not that I can tell....you can see the actual certificate if you click on the link I provided in my previous post.

A par value of .0001 is concerning to me - although I can't claim to know much about this. I received 217 shares - I believe I had 92,500 of FRTD at the time of the dividend issuance. Perhaps I need to sign the cert and sent to my broker?

If anyone can clarify any of this it would be greatly appreciated.

Do they show when they are restricted until?????

The legend on the back ought to explain that. But you ought to be able to free them up six months and one day from the date of issuance.
