Mr. Pritt is a long-time consultant and advocate for APT Group. He worked for APT for years with no compensation, assisting us with a variety of tasks. We elected to compensate Mr. Pritt via a consulting agreement for past services with stock rather than cash.

The shares issued are totally independent and not related to his service as a board member.

Mr. Pritt remains a valued and active board member of APT MotoVox Group Inc.
