The filing on the 25 billion was in the 8K. They are dumping shares into the market.

oh mimurray... check the history. Outstanding shares have done nothing, but increase. The longs get burned. Until this is trading on a more respectable exchange expect more of the same.

they did it few months back no one knew about it until they filed the 10qsb (4 billion shares), you damn right JF can dilute without sayng anything until 10 q comes out
he only has to file forms if he sells his own shares(common/preffered stock)
