Many buy on rumor sell on news no matter what.
The 10k was great,but expected,
THe CC will be very very interesting.

I am going to go out on a limb and say we close at .44.
It really does not matter long term, Elites ART is coming.

This essentially known report had the PPS baked in, the drop is to be expected because there those who come to this stock with other ideas about investing besides buy and hold. IMHO, once the smoke clears after the CC we will begin to rise back and up beyond 45 cents, due to the proximity of FDA submission, hopefully results from studies etc.
