You suspect ONCS might be $hit because the PPS is not correlated to INO? Lol. That's a new one. Get a clue pal. They are two different companies. ONCS will be fine. I hope they aren't correlated when INO releases poor results, which I fully expect them to.
I hope its not $hit. And if something is going on behind curtains, its not good news. And I have a feeling they wont announce any of it to the investors. There are plenty of investors who believe in a compnay. But the company is playing octopus once the smoky water clears. It will be no where to be found. All I can do is hope thats not the case with them.
