I think no party is exactly looking forward to arbitration.
Somebody here will be forced to initiate the process.
Whether it is Bhang or Mentor, I don't know.
Bhang claims to have hired legal help to sever relations, i.e. the contract. From what little we have seen, Symbian/ Ravensburg plays a part in their complaint. Their legal path will probably end up in arbitration. They did sign a legal contract that contains a mandatory arbitration clause.
On the other hand Mentor won't let Bhang walk away. They wouldn't be posting the contract if they didn't think they had a case.
You and I might never know everything that is produced and reviewed at the arbitration hearing(s). I understand they are private affairs to protect each party from scurrilous scrutiny.
