There is one thing about $MINE. They DO NOT put something out before its a done deal. Having said that, they must also follow SEC Guidelines with NOTICE OF PENDING ACTIONS, called PRE 14C.

Based on this PENDING ACTION and the Class B RESERVED COMMONS of nearly 500M. Then the balance of 500 Million will only be issued as need arises on a first come, first serve basis.
In fact, to be used to get ENDORSEMENTS!

You guys act like they will just sell all 1B shares into the market.
