I used to: Not anymore though Have seen them take a private company and force them to give all the private investors their money back. How is that? I was one of the investors and know for a fact that it is true. I also got a call from the SEC asking me how happy I was that they did that. They were making a PBS show. I told them I felt like they wouldn't let me invest where I wanted to.
No the company didn't get off the ground Why Because they didn't have any investors to back it. Why? The SEC wouldn't let them have private investors.

Nope I don't trust them at all anymore.
