Good point, will they announce that 10million is ready NOW or in four months from now ,the money will be ready ,and blame us for not reading the sec rules on page 678 that when they say funding, it really means ...........

That was the PR that caused me to believe the audited financials would be filed/public by June 30th. I'm fine with combining an audit/10MMs of financing, with a positive report on accounts receivables paid in Q2 fins. Tired of waiting, but willing to wait.

Completed and filed are two separate things. I am one of the investors/traders who have to wait up to 45 days to know what everyone else knows. Let's hope it's sooner rather than later.
