I mean don't get me wrong, Puerto Vallarta is very nice! It offers some killer views. But if I had to rate it's beach from 1-10 it would be a 4. It could have just been the section of the beach I was at but my wife and I walked a good bit of it and it was like that the whole way. It's only rocks up to where the waves get. So if you plan on getting in the water, I'd take some water rockers lol. I've been to quite a few beaches and Cozumel is still hands down the best one I have been to.
