a dime sounds great, but we have no idea yet how much value they'll be stuffing into the SIPC shell. we also don't know what adjustments may happen to the share structure. i've noticed quite a few plays lately retiring large blocks of shares, tightening the OS mid-run, which has quite a bullish impact. let's see how this unfolds. :-)
