Have you already considered, that development of these drugs is of considerable public interest?
And have you focused on the thoughts, that two trustees, the private trustee, George L. Miller, and the public trustee, The Office of the United States Trustee, U.S. Trustee, might have an interest to fulfill this public interest in developing Genta's drugs to market approval? And that financing with new investors also happend after Genta already filled for chapter 7?
