Is that just a fancy, non "truck driver"(which I am hopping on that rig as well by the) way to say that the Russell index has corrected the PPS to a price they think it is worth?

I had read that and still wonder how they came up with their price. I guess it really goes my matter in the grand scheme except for those who had options expiring today
