You guys are lot smarter than me - where would a million plus share trade come from - that is a 5 million dollar trade - yes i can multiply- any insights would be wonderful - did somebody dump these shares or is this more complicated

Look at the one day chart, someone dumped about a million shares right at the close. Not a good sign.
