all the filings are posted on sec and otcmarkets .. as for voting - in the world of OTC the shareholders can rarely influence a decision the CEO wants to accomplish by way of a VOTE

i have a feeling that even if EVERY trader voted against it, it still wouldn't be enough to counter the amount of votes the insiders get...

also - someone said it was a shell. if it was, you can do whatever you want with said shell. the shareholders have no say anyway! what do they own a piece of?

Personally communicating with the former RBRM CEO Dr. Phillips long ago when he did this same thing with no shareholder heads-up (before we woke up one day to find it being LGBI), I gave him a pass then with his reasons & excuses.... Now same pattern again?
