the 3.75 was obviously a fluke, it traded just 500 shares there .
have you even done the math? it was at like ~.03 X 8 = .24
its now .10 x .20 and whatever this is, hasnt officially began , so who knows wheres its headed ($1.00 IMO haha)

why would they go behind bars? the stock was dead for months / years . . . they announced a R/S and namechange . . and are up to date with all filings...and look to be taking company in new direction.
something of that nature happens multiple times a day in the stock market....
