In the short term it will affect pps since p of stock= market cap/ shares outstanding. But will not affect longs who can see trtc mission and vision

I am long and strong too, the type of hype dilution by the bashers is not what TRTC is doing or will do. TRTC is not selling shares to by nice things for the CEO when they sell shares it is used to grow the company. You and I are on the same page. As of April 16, 2014, 265,992,272 shares of outstanding common stock with a 300,000,000 authorized cap. TRTC is the real deal. Great to meet you and hope to by you a beer someday. Richard
