That CEO just has to go when the time is right. A bad CEO is worse that huge debt. The CEO of Target wrecked the company by changing the products from "cheap chic" to just another discount store. Nardelli messed up Home Depot, then left with a huge golden parachute.

Socket isn't Target or Home Depot, but the principal is the same, imo. Steer clear of stocks of companies with punk CEO's!
