I agree, the document appears to be written by one person which by Nevada law needs to contain any owner or principal who holds 5% or more of the financial interest or ownership of the company.
Please note that the date is July 20, 2009. Nowhere in any of the filings is he listed as a Director or holder of 5% or more.
