A question: Edible Garden, as far as I can tell, at this point mostly grows herbs. Plants in little pots, suitable for transplanting your garden, or to a larger pot on a deck or the like. So wouldn't that make a large part of their sales seasonal?
The lettuce is obviously not for transplanting; it's to be sold and eaten immediately. What other products like that do they sell?
