Normally, I would expect a run up in the pps before the conference. The chart is in A/D however. So we will see in the next few days. I would not bet too hard against a run up before the conference. I am not sure what will happen after the conference.
In general, GC has shown that he is good at getting the retail/penny "investors" to buy the momentum in front of conferences.
