The Supreme Court has five Conservative Justices, and four Liberal. This last case was decided 5-4, just like many of the other cases, and decisions like this only reinforces the thought that the Supreme Court bases its decisions along party lines.
But then most Americans have begun to realize that our court system has become divided, and many important decision are decided by 5-4 votes.
Four justices dissented against this most recent decision. Just imagine if the Supreme Court was 5-4 Liberal, then you would be hearing from the Conservatives stating that the court is slanted Liberal.
Decisions that reach the Supreme Court should not be based on political parties, but on the law.
