Only thing magical is how am imside was able to dump 1,500,000 shares last week at 14 cents without having to file with the SEC! You know how I know it was an insider? because they own 98% of the company!!! the other 800 shareholders like you own 2%, so unless you all got together and sold your shares at once, someone just made a nice $200,000 profit for the summer. All profit because non of them actually paid for their shares!! I am sure in a few months they will be forced to disclose this info. Anyone thinking thet thay let someone buy in is insane!! Basically they do not see the share price going higher, and this talk of it being cheap because of the P/S of 1 is meaningless when the P/E is 60 to 100!!!
On another small note, someone here has been trying to move the stock by selling 1 share at a time to retailers knowing they will not want to lose their $9.99 comission on a 14 cent investment!!! Yah that lends real credibility to the stock and company!! Shareholder Value!! Yes the CEO and management only care about sharholder value now, because they are the only shareholders left!! You 2% mean nothing to them or anyone else!!
This is all JMHO, based on my experience!
Good Luck, but the track record here is really bad, and I would never trust these people with my money again!!
