Some what. Either way Yotty, grogg, Martin, geohring, and Thomas, haven't had their names associated with cpsz/gpsi since the merger. That's when I believe they became the trust. Because they worked in some shitty deal to take advantage of things before the merger took effect.
The link above is the last time you see anyone in the trust on any kind of filings. Also their names are crossed out and replaced with current mgmt. The trust got one last screw job in and then signed over to the hodge and Sylvester crew.
