#1069 RE: jugs #1068

Yep NTI is in the oversold zone...
Right you are Jugs! and RSI says its a buying op...

NTI is lower right now than it should be, imo, in sympathy with government's permitting the sale of slightly refined US crude.

Following yesterday's reports that the ban on U.S. oil exports will begin to narrow, the White house has announced that there has been no change to its policy.Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) and Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) received permission this week to ship condensates to foreign buyers, leading reports to surface about a change to export policy. However, U.S. law allows for refined oil, even minimally refined, to be exported under the name fuel, instead of crude oil.

Low information investors! Nothing changed people! Condensate has been the loophole for a long time! link: http://seekingalpha.com/news/1818313-crude-oil-exports-remain-illegal?uprof=46
BTW Gasoline is too high in this country, imo, and if we change to allow exporting of our crude while we import so much from places that want to destroy our free and democratic system we are truly stupid. We already lead the world by a long margin on carbon reduction. Right or wrong our society wont be off fossil fuel energy anytime soon so I feel safe in this space. Drill baby drill!!! Frac baby Frac!
Corn based ethanol is a scam that is far from green, wind is intermittent, and electric cars will run on coal produced electricity to a large degree... so they will have to use black boxes to recover the missing fuel tax that brings the government so much revenue they already spent.
Rant Over... GLTA!
