Now I remember. Wasn't Mike Berry having bizarre legal issues. However, I'm trying to understand what you think it was, he loved about uspr. Berry was pretty clear, (he stated) he did not own any uspr stock.

In fact; didn't he say, he did not own any uspr stock in a written SEC filing, or was it a global press release, which Mike Berry stated that very solid fact? As if he wanted the entire world to know he did not own any uspr stock!
