Thank you Killer. I appreciate you sharing your conversation. Sooner or later this train should be departing the station.

My only concerns left are share structure not being to high and % ownership in anything outside of Canada. I asked him a while back about owning more than 20% outside of Canada and he said it is possible, but couldn'tcomment any more about it.

:-) I miss the meat in your posts. HEHE. That's OK, I saved the photos on my PC, so every now and then, I take a peek!

re: "...KilerB does some DD!!!..."???

thanks for sharing, BUT...

i continue to be amazed that individuals consider speaking with a company representative as "doing some DD"

pray-tell, how is speaking with someone that is OBVIOUSLY biased a source of due diligence?

perhaps we should review again exactly what due diligence involves:

"...examination of operations and management and the verification of material facts..."
http://www.investorwords.com/1596/due_diligence.html

do you honestly believe a company officer is going to offer up any possible negatives regarding "material facts"?
and doesnt "verification of material facts" need/have to come from a dis-interested third party?

some more regarding application of proper DD

------------

while your efforts were im sure noble, did you feel those 4 questions were the most "pressing"?

1. RS?- i have documented several times, in different instances, where a company stated either in a PR, email or phone conversation "no RS"...only to see the stock RS within weeks

2. authenticity of email account?- the layman has about the same probability of verifying who is on the other side of an email account as they have of the thousands of anonymous aliases on these boards

3. blackoutmedia.com?- "...He said he thinks they started to work on it..."
well, that clears things up, lol...and a website that most any of US could put together in a couple of days...much less what a professional org could do in one day??

4. USA deals?- "...We're working on them now..."
again, thanks SW for the clarification/update
----------------------

but i agree with you, that because "He seems really cool" is a cause for excitement

besides that everything stated is hear-say, so unfortunately essentially meaningless
one would think that questioning him about a few "minor" tidbits as below might have been more fruitful in adressing some vaild concerns

1. what are the current shares outstanding?

2. does BKMP have a direct 20% ownership of TFN and TWN, and if so, is ROI an equitable 20% of revenues...or is that "ownership" diluted because of blackout communication being in the middle of both "deals"?

3. if there is one or more CDs, what are the terms, ie: predetermined share amount or $ amt [floorless convertible]

4. why hasnt there been even one 8K to disclose the particulars of ANY of the recent developments?

5. when will the next set of financials be released?, will they be audited and can any significant revenues be expected that will be directly credited to BKMP?

6. are there currently any companies/individuals being compensated to profile/promote BKMP/TFN, and if so, what is that compensation?

7. what, if any, is st james capitals involvement?

8. how many bananas are in a bunch?
-----------------------

once again, thanks for sharing

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BKMP! ;)
