You may be right, there are a large amount of shareholders who are getting in just for the dividends...

BUT!, if you buy in on the 1st, you'll miss the massive dividends & shortly after, we'll be rewarded with audited finances!!!

Currently, the company is trading well below book value, probably due to limited income generation thus far, but things are picking up here & the sp will sooner or later reflect the true underlining value.

If they liquidated all their assets & payed back shareholders, we'd probably get upwards of 2.5 cents per share compensation!!! If that's not worth the risk on top of receiving a nice dividends as we wait, I don't know what is
