I would ask you to show a reference that the new options were in the money but you've been wrong about everything else and supplied no documentation for that either. You keep repeating this wrong information. It's pretty clear that you are a very good source of bad information, but a very bad source of good information.

And the rest of the stockholders don't bust their arse working for the company like the employees do either. They just simply get to sit back and whine that they didn't get the same thing as those that did bust their arse :(
