You guys are funning! Have you ever dealt with "Restricted"/Non Registered Shares and transfer agents before? You're talking about the amount of shares that BBDA has been diluting, on average, PER week to 10 days- since the beginning of the Year!! If the Transfer Agent receives notices from the "Issuer" that there is 6.2 "Billion" Shares Issued but later recalls 200 Million "measly" shares because the There HASN'T been any Debt Converting into those shares then the Transfer Agent lowers the O/S count! It is still besides the point since that only means BBDA is not able to SELL their Debt (i.e. the reason for the dwindling volume) AND that their PR schemes aren't working like they use to! Net Effect is that this is almost having the same effective as being DTC Chilled.....If BBDA PPS breaks any lower on low volume then they're going to have to face another R/S as their only option! If you see another miserable attempt at a Pump then it'll only mean that they got "someone" to buy their Convertible (Death) Notes again and you'll see the O/S count start to go back up again!
